We are back in
Texas! (Not really. I'm just catching up on posts!) The traveling is awesome but a visit home is always fun as
well.
But first we have a
couple more stops and the first one is Monahan Sandhills State Park.
We had never heard of this place and decided to visit someday when
another traveling friend recommended it.
All of the sand
dunes were very pretty. I kept expecting there to be a beach
somewhere over the next dune but nope, just another dune! The kids
of course had a blast playing and rolling in the sand. We didn't
have any sleds but the kids made their own fun.
It was just an overnight stop so the next morning we were on the road again and heading to Big Bend, the last stop before Austin.
